Nagpal’s Chole Bhature has its 3 brand-owned outlets in Delhi-NCR which include the areas of Ashok Vihar- Phase 1, Lawrence Road, and Gurugram's Sector 15 (Civil Lines). and more than 10 franchised stores across India, including locations in Delhi-NCR (OLD RAJINDER NAGAR, DWARKA SECTOR-10, GURGAON SEC-56,GURGAON SEC-90, GURGAON SEC-82, GURGAON SEC-49, FARIDABAD –NIT), Punjab and Chandigarh. Nagpal is still planning to expand his franchise throughout PAN India.
We offer you a franchise brand name and complete set-up as well. For franchisor brand name only, we will provide you with 2 to 3 staff members (as per requirement), dress for staff, and franchisor brand name, whereas, for the complete setup, we will offer you the required equipment and utensils (according to the list), 3 to 4 staff members, including the chef (as per requirement), dress for staff, FSSAI license, Zomato and Swiggy subscription charges, billing software, signage, which includes a brand sign board, brand lighting board, standees, clip-on menu board, takeaway menu, quotation frames, and franchisor brand name.
1. Shop area: Shop space that includes 150–200 square feet for takeaway / Cloud Kitchen [With rent ranging from ₹25,000/- to ₹50,000/-] and 300-500 Sq. ft for Dine-in [With rent ranging between ₹50,000/- to ₹1,00,000/-].
2. Idea location: busy market streets, near to residential socities, and a high street that is buzzing with walk-ins.
3. ROYALTY: 5% of sales must be made each month (begins from the 3rd Month).
Aside from the workers that we provide, the franchise must hire two more employees for housekeeping and service.
One month's advance salary of the staff has to be deposited by the franchisee with the franchisor by cheque.
